About the Internship

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services.
2. Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
4. Assist in preparing data reports and analysis using MS-Excel to track sales performance and customer feedback.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer retention.
6. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to engage with a diverse customer base.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
