About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage warm leads: Initiate outbound calls to JEE/NEET students and parents who have interacted with our test series or registered on the Govtdrish platform.
2. Conduct needs analysis: Listen to the student's exam scores, target colleges, and current academic struggles to provide empathetic, initial guidance.
3. Pitch premium services: Communicate the value of our 1-on-1 mentorship program (featuring IIT/AIIMS toppers) and our complete college admission counseling packages.
4. Drive conversions: Follow up with interested families, resolve their doubts regarding the counseling process, and successfully close sales to meet weekly targets.
5. Manage pipeline: Maintain a clean, accurate daily record of all calls, lead statuses, and scheduled follow-ups using our internal tracking sheets.
6. Collaborate on strategy: Work directly with the core team at the Delhi NSP office to share on-ground student feedback and help refine our sales scripts.
