About the Internship
About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment, stakeholder interaction, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
Screen resumes against job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles
Conduct initial HR screening calls and capture candidate details accurately
2. Recruitment Coordination
Schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Coordinate interview logistics and follow-ups
Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
3. Recruitment Operations
Update and maintain candidate data in the ATS (Zoho Recruit or similar)
Track hiring status and maintain recruitment trackers in Excel
Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicate profiles
4. Employer Branding Support
Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media
Support LinkedIn hiring campaigns and referral drives
Help draft basic job descriptions and candidate communication templates
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare basic recruitment reports (pipeline status, sourcing metrics)
Support TA team with MIS and dashboard updates
