About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules for various departments.
2. Coordinating new joiner onboarding activities, inductions, and office/facility visits.
3. Supporting employee documentation, data updates, and HR system records.
4. Assisting in the preparation of offer letters and coordinating the onboarding journey for new hires to ensure a welcoming experience.
5. Assisting in organising employee engagement activities and events.
6. Providing operational support for employee queries and routine HR communications.
7. Assisting in the drafting of HR policies, job descriptions, and internal company announcements.
