About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at JCS India, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in recruitment, MS-Excel, and English proficiency while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics for reporting.
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
6. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
