About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Cosmic Gratitude Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating positive change in the world. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in community management and English proficiency to attract top talent to our organization.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Utilize social media platforms and online channels to engage with potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Assist with screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to identify the best fit for various roles.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
5. Manage candidate communication and provide updates on the status of their application throughout the recruitment process.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
7. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives to enhance the overall recruitment process and employer branding efforts.
