About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work with hiring managers to assess current and forecasted hiring needs.
2. Ensure full compliance with company standards and policies as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
3. Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
4. Assist with creating and revising job descriptions with accurate qualifications and meeting all branding standards.
5. Create and maintain job advertisements on company web pages and other online job boards.
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
7. Become the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
