About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at DenveyEduGrow, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for our growing team. Your role will be crucial in helping us identify and attract the best candidates to join our organization. With your proficiency in MS-Excel, English (spoken and written), Human Resources, Management, and Administrative Support, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process.1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
4. Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus visits
5. Update and maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems
6. Assist in creating recruitment reports and analyzing recruitment metrics
7. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
