About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Meet with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
2. Write and post job descriptions on career sites and job portals
3. Review job applications and resumes manually through an ATS (e.g., Workday)
4. Send screening invitations (one-way video interviews like HireVue/SparkHire)
5. Evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria (interest, experience, knowledge, communication)
6. Rate candidates and decide who moves forward
7. Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple rounds
8. Handle candidate communication throughout the process (updates, rejections, next steps)
9. Support job offers and coordinate handoff for negotiations
10. Manage high application volume and prioritizes roles based on urgency
