About the Internship
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Draft job postings and upload them on various hiring platforms.
Support in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
