About the Internship

This isn’t a regular HR internship. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that builds real systems, supports real people, and helps the company grow — from managing cohorts to simplifying operations.
In this 1.5 year (6 months internship + 12months job), you will learn and execute things that many HR professionals don’t get exposed to even after 5 years of scattered courses or light internships.
This role gives you a real foundation in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, communication, documentation, and automation — with outcomes, accountability, and ownership.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. General HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and payroll sheets.
Handle internal communication and resolve employee queries.
Prepare and update SOPs, company processes, and HR documentation.
Assist in compliance, data updates, and file management.
B. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage hiring for interns and full-time positions.
Handle job posting, screening, coordination, and joining processes.
Set up structured candidate communication and interview flow.
Support in planning and executing company cohorts (training programs) for interns.
Ensure all selected trainees and interns are onboarded, tracked, and fulfilled.
Handle logistics, communication, and coordination during cohort/training & internship periods.

Who Can Apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
Are available for a full-time, in-office internship.
Can start the internship immediately.
Are available for 6 months of internship + 12-month job bond (total 18 months).
Have relevant skills and interests.

Stipend Structure
1. Stipend: ₹8,000
2. Recruitment Incentives (paid after completion of 3 months)
₹1,000 per regular joinee, paid only when the minimum goal of 2-joinee is achieved.
₹ 500 per intern joinee, paid only when the minimum goal of 10 intern-joinee is achieved.
Job after internship
Based on ownership, communication, performance, system-building, and skills you showcase during your internship, you will be converted as an employee with a salary of Rs 15k.
