About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job portals
2. Identify and engage passive candidates for open roles
3. Review resumes to assess relevant skills and qualifications
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate culture fit and basic role alignment
5. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
6. Ensure a professional, smooth, and friendly interview experience
7. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
8. Manage multiple interview rounds across different time zones
9. Assist in creating content for LinkedIn and the careers' page
10. Help showcase Almond's work culture and employer brand.
