About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Scout and identify potential models, actors, and influencers via social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) and other channels to expand the Elgrace Talents roster.
2. Handle the initial screening and outreach to prospective talent, introducing them to the agency's "no-bypass" model and value proposition.
3. Manage and update the internal talent database (CRM), ensuring all portfolio details and contact information are accurate.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new sign-ups, including contract coordination and collecting necessary documentation (IDs, portfolio images).
5. Coordinate with the creative team to shortlist suitable talent for upcoming client projects and shoots.
