About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Customer engagement & sales: Provide exceptional customer service, assist in achieving daily/weekly sales targets, and handle customer queries professionally.
2. Operations & merchandising: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, following company merchandising standards.
3. Inventory control: Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, conducting audits, and updating sales records.
4. Team support: Support the Store Manager in training, supervising, and motivating junior sales associates.
5. Opening/closing: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
6. Reporting: Assist in preparing daily/weekly sales reports and tracking KPIs. Provide exceptional customer service, assist in achieving daily/weekly sales targets, and handle customer queries professionally.
