About the Internship
As a Social Work intern at Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of underprivileged children through your passion for social work and dedication to helping others. Your role will require English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, as well as strong strategic thinking and effective communication skills. Your interpersonal skills will be crucial in building relationships with students, families, and community members. Proficiency in advanced Excel and MS-Office will be necessary for data analysis and reporting.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing social work programs for children in need.
2. Utilize social media marketing strategies to increase awareness and support for the foundation.
3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate events and activities.
4. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and track progress of programs.
5. Manage time effectively to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.
7. Represent the foundation in a professional and positive manner at community events and meetings.
8. Help raise funds for the impact so that we are able to continue our work.
