Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage day-to-day posting on Facebook Pages and Instagram
2. Publish short-form videos, reels, and posts consistently
3. Understand platform trends and suggest content ideas accordingly
4. Optimise posting formats, captions, hooks, and hashtags for reach
5. Track basic performance metrics (reach, views, engagement, followers)
6. Coordinate with writers, editors, and growth team for content inputs
7. Maintain content hygiene and avoid duplication across pages
8. Support organic experiments to improve reach and follower growth
