About the Internship
As a 'Social Media Intern,' you will support the digital media team in developing and implementing campaigns that boost brand engagement. You will help amplify BIG Live’s content across social channels by creating engaging posts, managing schedules, and analyzing results. You will learn to craft content, interact with our online community, and use social analytics to improve our strategy.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
2. Create and maintain a content calendar; write and schedule engaging posts (images, short videos, blogs) to promote BIG Live’s brand and content.
3. Produce original content assets (e.g., blog snippets, infographics, video clips) for social media to attract and retain audience interest.
4. Track and analyze social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, traffic) to identify high-performing content and suggest improvements.
5. Monitor online conversations and engage with followers; respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
6. Support influencer collaborations and live/promotional events to increase BIG Live’s reach and engagement.
