About the Internship
1. Daily Content Management·Create and publish daily posts across: Facebook. Instagram, LinkedIn, X
·Develop content calendars aligned with D2C, pharma, and trading segments.
·Create engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content.
·Coordinate with designers/video teams for creatives and reels.
2. Engagement & Community Building
·Actively respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
·Engage with importers, exporters, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
·Build B2B relationships through LinkedIn outreach and engagement.
·Monitor competitor activity and industry conversations.
3. Brand Growth & Visibility
· Improve organic reach, impressions, and follower growth.
· Plan engagement strategies (polls, Q&A, reels, educational posts).
· Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
· Position portfolio companies as credible global suppliers.
4. Performance Tracking & Strategy
· Track KPIs: engagement rate, reach, followers, CTR, inquiries generated.
· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
· Suggest content improvements based on analytics.
· Stay updated with algorithm changes and social media trends.
5. Business Alignment
· Coordinate with sales and export teams to highlight product strengths.
· Promote certifications, compliance, tenders, achievements, and case studies.
· Ensure pharma-related posts comply with platform and regulatory standards.
