About the Internship

The 'Social Media Manager' will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, visual storytelling, audience engagement, and brand positioning, especially in the luxury events and wedding industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A.⁠ ⁠Social Media Strategy & Planning:
1. ⁠Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy aligned with brand goals
2.⁠ ⁠Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting
3. Identify trends, opportunities, and new ideas to enhance brand visibility
4.⁠ ⁠Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and positioning

B.⁠ ⁠Content Creation & Management:
1.⁠ ⁠Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions
2. ⁠Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality content
3.⁠ ⁠Capture behind-the-scenes moments during events when required
4.⁠ ⁠Ensure timely posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

C.⁠ ⁠Platform Management:
1. ⁠Manage daily activity across all social media platforms
2⁠ ⁠Monitor messages, comments, and enquiries, and respond promptly and professionally
3. ⁠Maintain an active and engaging brand presence

D.⁠ ⁠Growth & Engagement:
1.⁠ ⁠Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically
2.⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with influencers, vendors, and collaborators
3.⁠ ⁠Identify collaboration opportunities with relevant brands and creators

E.⁠ ⁠Analytics & Reporting:
1.⁠ ⁠Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
2.⁠ ⁠Analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly
3. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

F.⁠ ⁠Brand Positioning & Consistency:
1.⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all platforms
2.⁠ ⁠Maintain brand aesthetics aligned with luxury and premium positioning
3.⁠ ⁠Support marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
