About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Content Creation & Strategy :
1. Own end-to-end content creation aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
2. Plan and execute monthly & weekly content calendars
3. Create platform-specific content (Reels, short videos, carousels, static posts, captions)
4. Experiment with formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and trends
B. Social Media Management & Growth:
1. Manage and scale presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X (Twitter)
2. Drive organic growth, reach, and engagement
3. Actively manage comments, DMs, and community interactions
4. Identify opportunities for collabs, trends, and viral moments
C. Performance Tracking & Insights :
1. Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance
2. Analyze what's working and optimize content using insights
3. Share weekly/monthly performance updates and improvement ideas
D. Brand Building & Collaboration :
1. Ensure visual consistency and brand tone
2. Work closely with design, marketing, and growth teams
3. Support brand launches, festive campaigns, and product drops with high-impact content
4. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital trends
