About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Own paid growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, planning, launching, and scaling performance campaigns focused on leads, orders, revenue, and ROI.
2. Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display.
3. Set up and scale Meta campaigns across Awareness, Traffic, Leads, and Conversions on Facebook and Instagram.
4. Structure campaigns by objective, audience, and funnel stage (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) with clean naming, segmentation, and budget allocation.
5. Research, create, and refine audiences, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools using pixel and first-party data.
6. Execute location-, interest-, intent-, and behavior-based targeting aligned with business goals.
7. Own daily and monthly budgets, optimizing for CPA, ROAS, CAC, or revenue depending on objectives.
8. Monitor pacing, spend anomalies, and performance fluctuations to avoid end-of-month surprises.
9. Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs.
10. Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, quickly cutting underperforming ads and reallocating budgets to top performers.
11. Collaborate closely with design and content teams to improve creative effectiveness.
12. Share weekly and monthly performance summaries with clear metrics, learnings, and next steps.
13. Translate data into actionable insights and recommend budget shifts and growth opportunities.
14. Ensure accurate tracking setup using Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversions, Google Analytics 4, and UTMs.
15. Troubleshoot tracking gaps with tech or web teams and proactively manage ad disapprovals and policy issues.
16. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad formats such as Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, Advantage+, and Performance Max.
