About the Internship
We have an app that helps people overcome addiction and we are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant/Social Media Executive to find Instagram influencers from first world countries including the USA, UK, and Europe who create content around self-improvement, relationship, discipline, addiction recovery, religion, and personal growth.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and source Instagram influencers from first-world countries across self-improvement, religion, discipline, relationships, and personal growth niches
2. Source up to 80 relevant influencers daily
3. Review influencer profiles to assess follower count, English-speaking content, average views, niche relevance, and authenticity of audience engagement
4. Collect Instagram profile links and email addresses from bios once all criteria are met
5. Enter influencer data accurately into the provided Google Sheet in the required format
6. Verify niche alignment, geographic eligibility, views, and engagement quality before adding profiles
7. Maintain high data accuracy by avoiding duplicates and validating email addresses and profile links
8. Complete daily sourcing targets consistently during assigned shifts
9. Follow sourcing guidelines and instructions provided by the team
