About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Researching emerging trends, formats, and music across India, UAE, and UK audiences.
2. Assisting in planning and managing the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
3. Contributing ideas, hooks, scripts, and briefs for reels, carousels, static posts, and shorts.
4. Supporting content scheduling and ensuring timely publishing.
5. Maintaining and organizing asset libraries, tagging high-performing content for reuse.
6. Researching and shortlisting relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners (domestic & global).
7. Assisting with the outreach, database management, and response tracking.
8. Coordinating with creators to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
9. Conducting basic creator vetting (engagement quality, authenticity, relevance).
10. Assisting in managing communities across Instagram, WhatsApp/FB groups, and niche channels.
11. Engaging with audiences via comments, DMs, UGC encouragement, and referral initiatives.
12. Monitoring brand mentions and reviews; draft initial ORM responses and escalate when required.
13. Supporting outreach for passes, review programs, and travel storytellers.
14. Assisting in planning and executing brand/creator shoots (logistics, schedules, call sheets).
15. Supporting on-ground events, activations, and community initiatives when required.
