About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Complete initial training: Finish hands-on training in ServiceNow fundamentals, gaining essential skills to apply in real-world scenarios.
2. Develop real-world solutions: Work on live projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, applying your training to create effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Collaborate with teams: Partner with team members to implement workflows, automation, and other ServiceNow functionalities tailored to client needs, supporting impactful business operations.
4. Test and troubleshoot: Conduct testing and resolve issues within ServiceNow implementations to ensure smooth and reliable functionality for clients.
5. Stay updated on best practices: Research and incorporate ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to deliver optimized and cutting-edge solutions.
6. Document and report: Maintain detailed documentation of project work, processes, and updates to support the team and enhance knowledge sharing.
