About the Internship
You will create high-converting ad scripts for Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Your focus is simple: performance. You will translate product insights into scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive storytelling, and strong CTAs. Every script must be written with clarity, speed, and conversion intent.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write high-converting scripts for Meta ads across multiple formats including UGC, founder-led, testimonial, problem-solution, and demo-style videos.
2. Develop strong hooks within the first 3 seconds to maximize retention and reduce scroll rate.
3. Research target audience pain points and translate them into compelling ad angles.
4. Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and video editors to align script messaging with performance goals.
5. Continuously iterate scripts based on CTR, hook rate, watch time, and conversion data.
6. Maintain a structured script bank categorized by angle, audience, and funnel stage.
7. Study competitor ads and winning creatives to generate new angle variations.
8. Ensure clarity, simplicity, and strong call-to-action in every script.
