About the Internship
Internship Title: Sales & Brand Activation Intern – Nia Natura (In-house Brand of Spicetree)Nia Natura, the in-house wellness and lifestyle brand developed and managed by Spicetree Design Agency, is looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns who are interested in sales, on-ground marketing, and brand building.
This is a hands-on internship in a fast-growing D2C startup environment where interns will gain practical exposure to sales, exhibitions, customer engagement, and brand operations, along with an understanding of how a lifestyle brand is built from scratch.
About the Organization
Spicetree is a creative and brand-building agency that has developed Nia Natura as its in-house lifestyle and wellness brand.
The selected interns will be working on Nia Natura under the guidance of the Spicetree team and will receive an official internship certificate from Spicetree.
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist in on-ground sales and product promotion at exhibitions, pop-ups, and events
Interact with customers, explain products, and support live product demonstrations
Help in stall setup, product display, and basic merchandising during exhibitions
Support lead generation and customer engagement activities
Assist in managing orders, basic inventory coordination, and sales documentation
Support offline marketing and brand awareness initiatives
Coordinate with the core team for day-to-day sales and operational tasks
Get exposure to Nia Natura’s social media planning, content coordination, and brand storytelling (learning-oriented involvement)
Work Nature (Important):
Includes on-field work at exhibitions, events, and brand activations
Requires travel within the city based on event schedules
Not a purely desk-based or work-from-home role
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, marketing, and startup environments
Willingness to work on-ground during exhibitions and events
Basic understanding of social media and branding (preferred but not mandatory)
What You Will Learn:
Practical exposure to D2C sales and customer interaction
Real-time experience in exhibitions and on-ground brand activations
Basics of social media management and brand storytelling for Nia Natura
Startup operations and brand-building strategies
