About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support our renewals and retention function. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the team in renewal and retention-related activities
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups
3. Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and messages when required
4. Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM/tools
5. Support reporting and basic data tracking related to renewals
