About the Internship
As a sales development intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role focused on outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline creation with potential prospectsSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prospect and qualify leads through field visits, cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach when required.
2. Understand customer needs and pain points, and articulate how our products can solve them.
3. Own and manage the sales funnel from discovery call to product demo and handoff to senior closers or account managers.
4. Maintain CRM hygiene by logging all prospecting activity, notes, and lead statuses.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to localize campaigns and optimize messaging for your territory.
6. Track and report weekly progress, KPIs, and feedback from the ground to sales leadership.
7. Attend client meetings, visits, or regional events to represent AAAMTs products and mission.
8. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to better position our solutions.
