About the Internship
1. Make daily outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers2. Qualify leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
3. Understand customer requirements and clearly explain products/services
4. Follow up with existing customers to drive repeat orders and retention
5. Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, follow-up notes, and customer records
6. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams
7. Track order delivery status and proactively update customers
8. Follow up on pending payments or dues, if applicable
9. Conduct basic market research on pricing, competitors, and demand trends
10. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional communication
