About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Assist in planning, capturing, and creating engaging content for social media platforms
Shoot photos and videos during live classes and events
Help build content around student journeys, testimonials, and program highlights
Support employer branding and team culture content
Outreach & Community Marketing
Support visibility initiatives across societies, schools, and local communities
Participate in promotions across Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, and local platforms
Assist in strengthening Trodo’s presence across neighbourhood networks
Lead Nurturing & Client Experience
Assist in responding to enquiries and follow-ups
Support onboarding of new clients
Help maintain communication with students and parents
Collect feedback and reviews after sessions/program completion
Marketing Systems & Digital Support
Maintain basic lead and client databases
Assist in updating WhatsApp onboarding messages and follow-up workflows
Support simple marketing automations and funnels
Help coordinate creatives and materials for campaigns
Digital Presence & Business Support
Help update business profiles and website content
Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials
Support basic outreach initiatives and campaign coordination
