About the Internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative resume writer to craft compelling, ATS-friendly resumes and LinkedIn profiles for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to highlight candidates’ strengths effectively. The candidate should be able to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role. Working hours will be 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, for 6 days a week.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write, edit, and format professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
2. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their career goals, experience, and achievements.
3. Optimize resumes for applicant tracking systems (ATS).
4. Tailor resumes according to specific job descriptions.
5. Ensure documents are grammatically accurate and professionally formatted.
6. Provide revisions based on client feedback.
7. Stay updated with current hiring trends and resume best practices.
