About the Internship
We've recently completed a powerful documentary film that's ready to make its mark across national and international film festivals. Now, we're looking for a passionate intern who can help us take it to the world - through meticulous research, application management, and coordination. This internship is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of film, communication, and operations - perfect for someone who wants to understand how the film festival ecosystem works from the inside out.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and shortlist relevant film festivals and award platforms
2. Understand festival submission guidelines and eligibility criteria
3. Fill out application forms and manage required documentation
4. Coordinate and communicate with festival organizers
5. Track submissions and follow up to ensure successful listings
6. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining submission records
7. Support other operational and creative tasks related to the film's outreach
