About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and own the end-to-end subscription continuation process for assigned clients
2. Engage proactively with customers before subscription expiry to ensure uninterrupted service
3. Understand customer usage, satisfaction levels, and business needs
4. Address client concerns related to pricing, service value, or usage
5. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Finance) to resolve issues impacting continuation
6. Maintain accurate client records, forecasts, and status updates in CRM systems
7. Achieve assigned retention and revenue targets
8. Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, or plan optimization
9. Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, and follow-ups
10. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and reasons for churn
