About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Search and shortlist profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases based on client requirements.
2. Conduct basic HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability, skills, and availability.
3. Share shortlisted profiles with clients and schedule interviews as per their timelines.
4. Maintain and update candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring status in tracking systems.
5. Coordinate with candidates for interview updates, documentation, and onboarding processes.
