About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
3. Use job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database to identify and connect with potential candidates.
4. Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
5. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions for recruitment strategies and campaigns.
