About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling end-to-end recruitment activities across the entire hiring cycle.
2. Searching and identifying suitable candidate profiles using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
3. Sourcing profiles through headhunting, referrals, and reference generation.
4. Contacting candidates to assess interest and explain job roles and opportunities.
5. Conducting first-level interviews and screening candidates based on role requirements.
6. Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation of selected candidates.
7. Building strong rapport with clients to ensure “top-of-mind” recall and generate additional hiring requirements.
