About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment and talent acquisition process. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post job openings across job portals and social media platforms.
2. Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes in line with job requirements.
4. Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
5. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain interview feedback records and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
7. Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers using Excel/ATS.
8. Update daily recruitment reports and prepare weekly hiring status reports.
9. Assist with employer branding initiatives through social media hiring campaigns.
10. Create job posters and hiring creatives.
11. Support campus hiring drives, when applicable.
12. Assist with onboarding documentation.
13. Support employee engagement activities.
