About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in understanding hiring needs and sourcing the right talent.
2. Support end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling).
3. Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates.
4. Help in both technical and non-technical hiring coordination.
5. Create engaging job posts and support employer branding on social media.
6. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and updates.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and basic hiring reports.
8. Ensure hiring processes follow company policies and provide a good candidate experience.
