About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting the candidates based on job requirements
3. Coordinating with the candidates for interview scheduling and doing regular follow-ups
4. Maintaining and updating the recruitment trackers and candidate databases
5. Assisting in bulk hiring and ongoing recruitment drives
6. Supporting the HR team with documentation and onboarding formalities
7. Communicating with the candidates regarding interview status and feedback
