Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Managing the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fill company vacancies.
2. Partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive applicant experience.
3. Managing job postings, ATS systems, and salary negotiations.
