Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles (with the clients).
• Handling End to End Requirement
• Maintains records on all recruiting activities as required.
• Network and source to recruit active and passive candidates including profile database searches,
• Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate all metrics into all talent acquisition systems.
• Manage all communication with candidates and schedule all interviews and make required travel arrangements and participate in the screening process and review all candidate qualifications.
• Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in the system and document all processes and ensure compliance to the same.
• Develop job descriptions for various positions
