Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand job requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
4. Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews
5. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
6. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
7. Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and offer updates
8. Support onboarding and documentation process
