About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of on-field activities and tasks.
2. Build and maintain a database of available commercial properties, including rent trends, footfall estimates, and competitor presence.
3. Assist in reaching out to local real estate agents and coordinating site visits.
4. Shadow senior team members during inspections to document site photos, measurements, and utility details (power, water, frontage).
5. Assist the team in gathering KYC and building documents from landlords and tracking the progress of lease agreements.
