About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan and execute qualitative research studies, including IDIs, FGDs, ethnographies, in-depth interviews, and observational studies.
2. Moderate focus group discussions and interviews (in-person/online).
3. Ensure quality recruitment and adherence to research timelines.
4. Capture verbatim, identify themes, patterns, and underlying motivations.
5. Analyze qualitative data and synthesize insights into structured findings.
6. Prepare research reports, presentations, and client-ready decks.
7. Coordinate with internal teams, field partners, and clients.
8. Ensure ethical standards, confidentiality, and data integrity throughout the study.
9. Develop discussion guides, screeners, and research frameworks aligned with study objectives.
