About the Internship
House of Agents is building a voice-first AI workforce. Its flagship agent, Super Arya, conducts full customer conversations over phone calls and WhatsApp, collects documents, qualifies leads, follows up, and completes end-to-end business workflows. Super Arya is already used by banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, healthcare companies, and recruitment firms. This internship focuses on deploying Super Arya in real-world business environments and working directly on live customer implementations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Deploy Super Arya for real businesses by converting business workflows into AI agent workflows.
2. Support use cases including loan lead qualification calls, insurance awareness calls, recruitment screening calls, customer support follow-ups, WhatsApp document collection, reminders, and nurturing campaigns.
3. Design human-like voice call conversations by writing complete call scripts, creating conversation branching, handling objections and edge cases, and ensuring natural, empathetic interactions.
4. Build structured call flows including greetings, qualification, objection handling, follow-ups, and call closure.
5. Design multi-day WhatsApp customer journeys such as lead nurturing sequences, reminder campaigns, document collection flows, follow-up campaigns, and re-engagement messages.
6. Perform production-level prompt engineering by writing large prompts, defining agent tone, behavior, and rules, adding guardrails and safety logic, improving reliability, and iterating based on real conversations.
7. Convert complex workflows into structured prompts and design state-driven AI behavior.
8. Work directly with customers by joining discovery calls, understanding workflows, translating requirements into agent flows, and iterating based on real usage and feedback.
