About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support planning and execution of leadership development programs and workshops
2. Coordinate logistics, schedules, participant communication, and follow-ups
3. Maintain trackers, documentation, and internal coordination sheets
4. Follow up on action items and ensure timelines are met
5. Coordinate with facilitators, internal team members, and external stakeholders
6. Support execution of social media content (primarily LinkedIn)
7. Assist with scheduling, posting, and organizing content
8. Help track basic engagement and content performance
9. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of posts
