About the Internship
We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented Intern to join our team and drive the success of our AI-powered hiring platform. This role sits at the heart of product adoption and customer success - helping recruiters and candidates get the most out of our technology. If you're passionate about helping people, love solving problems in real-time, and want hands-on experience driving product engagement, this is the role for you.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Driving product adoption & engagement
1. Connecting with recruiters to onboard them onto our AI-powered Resume Parser and ATS
2. Driving daily engagement by ensuring recruiters are actively using the platform and seeing value
3. Proactively reaching out to users to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement
B. Customer success & support
1. Resolving recruiter doubts and questions about the platform via calls, chat, or email
2. Connecting with candidates to address their queries and ensure a smooth application experience
3. Acting as the voice of the user, bringing insights back to the product team
C. Product enablement
1. Creating simple guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs to help users navigate the platform
2. Monitoring user behavior and flagging adoption blockers or pain points
3. Supporting product rollout activities and user readiness initiatives
D. Tech development collaboration
1. Working closely with the product and tech teams to communicate user needs
2. Assisting in documenting common issues and solutions
3. Helping track product success metrics and user satisfaction
