About the Internship
We are looking for a product intern who is curious about how digital products are built and improved. You will work closely with the product, design, tech, and operations teams to support day-to-day product execution and learning real-world product management. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to product thinking, user experience, data, and execution.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist product managers in documenting requirements, user flows, and feature specs
2. Help in gathering and organizing user feedback, bugs, and feature requests
3. Coordinate with design, tech, and ops teams for feature rollouts
4. Help maintain product documentation (PRDs, FAQs, internal docs)
5. Resolve Client queries by actively communicating with them through calls or emails.
