About the Internship

Product & Delivery Intern
6 Months - Mon – Fri On-Site, ₹10K / Month

We're not looking for someone to sit in meetings and take notes. We're looking for someone who owns the product end-to-end — from deep research and competitor analysis to sprint planning, stakeholder updates, and shipping on time.

WHAT YOU' LL DO:
1.Own product research — dive deep into the market, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities others miss
2.Gather requirements — join client calls, ask the right questions, document needs, and build domain expertise
3.Build project & sprint plans — break work into milestones, define sprints, and keep the team on track
4.Drive daily execution — take updates, identify blockers, escalate fast, and unblock the team
5.Test what gets built — validate dev output, catch issues early, and ensure quality before it reaches stakeholders
6.Demo to stakeholders — present progress, gather feedback, and keep clients and leadership in the loop
7.Own documentation — specs, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates the team can act on
8.Leverage AI — use AI tools to accelerate research, automate reporting, and move faster

THE DETAI LS
1.6-month program · Monday to Friday · On-site at Unico Connect office
2.₹10,000/month stipend · Focused on hands-on experience and career-building
3.Work alongside a driven team of interns under leadership of senior professionals
4.Goal: Build a real product and launch it in the market in 2–3 months
Interns are expected to be obsessed with developing, shipping, and iterating
