About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated 'PHP Technical Support Intern' to assist in maintaining and supporting an existing live PHP-based application. This project is currently in the maintenance stage, and you will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting real-time issues, fixing bugs, and supporting users.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving bugs in the PHP application
2. Support users by addressing technical queries and issues
3. Help monitor application performance and uptime
4. Work on minor updates and small feature enhancements
5. Assist in database management tasks (MySQL)
6. Document issues, fixes, and updates
7. Coordinate with the development team when required
